(…) Invenio Engenharia, a construction company based in Porto, is developing a residential building on Rua Aníbal Cunha, in the Cedofeita area, in Porto, owned by the Alamedas & Burgos Investment Company. With a large portfolio in the rehabilitation area of the building, this venture is the first of the company in the construction of a building from scratch.
Representing a total investment of 4 million euros, this project, consisting of 17 apartments, stands out from the real estate offer in the city of Oporto not only due to the typologies (T1, T2 and T3), but also because all the fractions have garage, “with a concept of housing made for families”.
The project, signed by the architect Armando Rui of the Nuclarq cabinet, is characterized, according to the author, by “a great containment in order to provide an environment of serenity to the public space, seeking the aesthetic qualification of the urban scenarios and the permanence in time. In this sense, a finishing strategy is adopted based on the use of aesthetically pleasing materials and, above all, with a good behavioral capacity in the face of atmospheric agents “.
“Located in a central area but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Baixa, this development is therefore ideal for families, because the whole surrounding area is residential and also quiet,” says Francisco Paiva Ribeiro, administrator of Invenio Engineering, in a statement sent to CONSTRUIR.
The completion of the project is scheduled for the end of the year and has already entered the commercialization stage.
Invenio Engenharia already has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector. The company specializes in construction, rehabilitation and reconstruction and has carried out interventions in run-down, dilapidated and ruined buildings, creating housing, commercial and hotel spaces that stand out for the quality of construction, respect for the original design and aesthetic care.
With headquarters in Porto, Invenio Engenharia has expanded its geographical area of activity, and is currently performing works in hotels of the Douro region. The Lisbon area should be the next step in its sustained growth. (…)
